Is Customize Image really free to use?

Yes! All core features of Customize Image are completely free. There are no hidden costs, subscriptions, or premium tiers. You can use all our tools without creating an account.

Do I need to create an account or install any software?

No. Customize Image is a client-side application that runs directly in your web browser. There is no sign-up required and no software to download or install.

Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. All image processing happens directly in your browser, and no images or data are ever uploaded to our servers. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

What image formats can I upload?

You can upload any standard image format, including JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, BMP, and more. The tool will process whatever you provide.

Is there a file size limit for images I upload?

There is no strict file size limit enforced by our tool. However, because all processing happens in your browser, very large files may be slow to load or may cause performance issues on your computer.

How do I resize an image to a specific size?

Simply enter your desired width and height in the "Optimize & Resize" section. You can use our professional presets for common sizes (like social media posts) or enter custom dimensions. The "Maintain Aspect Ratio" lock ensures your image doesn't get stretched.

What is the best image format to use for my website?

For most photographs, WEBP or AVIF offer the best balance of quality and file size. Use PNG if you need a transparent background. Use JPEG for older compatibility if needed.

How do I add and customize text on my image?

Check the "Enable Text on Image" box in the "Add Text" section. This will reveal options to change the text content, font, color, size, position, and even add a professional outline.

Are my images uploaded to your servers?

No, and that is one of our core principles. All image processing happens directly within your browser using your computer's own resources. Your images never leave your device unless you choose to download them.

What happens to my images after I close the browser tab?

Once you close the tab, the application's memory is cleared, and all data, including your images, is discarded. We do not save any of your work.

The tool isn't working for me. What should I do?

First, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, ensure your browser is up to date. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
